Your progress, season and episode
Every tracked show remembers its exact position. The tracking screen sorts them by what you have left: shows with pending episodes rise to the top, finished ones fade away. A badge shows your progress through the current season at a glance.
Upcoming episodes, before you go looking
FriendFlix knows the air dates of the shows you follow. Upcoming episodes appear in their own calendar, so a show returning after a six-month break does not slip past you. That is precisely when people drop a series without meaning to.
Films too, not just shows
Most trackers do one or the other. Here both live in the same library, on the same rating scale, and recommendations draw on all of it. A film can be suggested because you loved a series, and the other way round.
Bringing your TV Time history over
TV Time shut down on 15 July 2026. If you requested your data export before that date, the import reads the archive and rebuilds your shows, watched episodes and ratings. You do not start from an empty library, and your recommendations make sense from day one.
Frequently asked questions
Can I track shows and films in one place?
Yes. That is the point of the app: shows keep per-episode progress, films are marked watched or not, and both are rated on the same scale.
How do I know when a new episode airs?
The upcoming episodes screen lists the next airings for the shows you follow, sorted by date.
Can a TV Time history be imported?
Yes, if you saved the archive before the service shut down on 15 July 2026: drop it into FriendFlix and your shows, watched episodes and ratings come across.
Do I have to tick every episode one by one?
No. You can state the season and episode you have reached, and everything before it counts as watched.
Your ratings stay yours.
